The Happy Valley Animation Festival (HVAF) is a juried, international animation competition that seeks to showcase works in three primary categories: Animated Short Films, Experimental Animation, and Animated Motion Graphics & Design. The festival takes place in State College, PA (Happy Valley), with open and student category award winners and official selections featured in HVAF Screenings and Gallery Exhibition at The Pennsylvania State University and online.
